Verify As-Built Against BIM
The trade says it's built to the model. The only way to know is to look.
Start free and overlay a scan against the BIM model — no eyeballing photos against drawings.

The trade says it's fine
The trade says it's built to the model. The site photos look right, the drawings look right, and none of that actually confirms it — a photo shows what the camera pointed at, not what's a few centimetres out of tolerance behind it.
The scan-to-BIM check that actually answers the question means putting the as-built scan and the design model in the same space and seeing where they disagree, not eyeballing site photos next to a drawing and hoping nothing's off.
Overlaying the scan on the BIM model turns "the trade says it's fine" into something you can actually verify.
How it works
- Sign up free and load the site scan and the BIM model into the same project.
- Overlay them in the browser viewer.
- Flag any deviation as an issue and assign it to whoever needs to fix it.
More than a viewer
Compare scans over time
Line up two scans of the same site from different dates and see what actually changed. Compare point clouds across time →
Measure in the browser
Distances and dimensions, checked directly in the viewer — no export to desktop software first. Measure point clouds in your browser →
Pin issues to the model
Flag a problem on the exact point in the scan and assign it to someone, instead of describing a location in a message. Annotate point clouds and assign issues →
Turn scans into progress records
A sequence of timestamped scans is already the record — no separate report to assemble. Turn site scans into progress records →
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Starting is free — sign up and try verification on a sample scan and model. Uploading and verifying your own projects starts on the Starter plan, from $99 a month.
Which BIM formats does verification support?
IFC and RVT models can both be loaded and overlaid against a point cloud scan for verification.
Do I need both a scan and a BIM model to start?
Yes — verification compares the as-built scan against the design model, so you need both loaded into the same project before there's anything to check.
Is my data private?
Yes. Projects are private by default and access is role-based — only people you invite can open your scans and models.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes — the viewer runs in a mobile browser, so a verification check opens on a phone or tablet in the site cabin as well as at a desk.
