The file that never gets opened

The hard drive went out by courier on Tuesday. By Friday, nobody had opened it — no software to read the scan, no time to find any, and the meeting it was meant for had already happened.

Email isn't much better. A 40 GB .las file doesn't fit a 25 MB inbox limit, so it gets zipped, split, re-uploaded to a file-transfer service, and the link expires before anyone gets to it. Every extra step is another chance for the file to just not get opened.

A link that opens straight in the browser removes those steps. Nothing to download, nothing to install, nothing that expires before the meeting.

How it works

  1. Sign up free and load your scan into a project.
  2. Generate a share link for the scan.
  3. Send the link — the recipient opens it straight in the browser, no account needed.

More than a viewer

Compare scans over time

Line up two scans of the same site from different dates and see what actually changed. Compare point clouds across time →

Measure in the browser

Distances and dimensions, checked directly in the viewer — no export to desktop software first. Measure point clouds in your browser →

Pin issues to the model

Flag a problem on the exact point in the scan and assign it to someone, instead of describing a location in a message. Annotate point clouds and assign issues →

A file too big to email

If the reason you're sharing a link at all is a file that won't fit an attachment, this is the exact problem it solves. When the point cloud won't fit in an email →

Frequently asked questions

Does the recipient need an account?

No. Anyone with the link opens the scan directly in the browser — nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

Is it really free?

Starting is free — sign up and load a sample dataset to see how sharing works. Uploading and sharing your own scans starts on the Starter plan, from $99 a month.

Is my data private — who can open the link?

Only people with the link can open it, and you control who that is. Projects are private by default and access is role-based.

Which file formats can I share this way?

LAS, LAZ, E57, and PCD point clouds, plus IFC and RVT BIM models — whatever format the project holds, the link opens it in the same viewer.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes — the viewer runs in a mobile browser, so a scan opens on a phone or tablet in the site cabin as well as at a desk.
