Friday’s walk, on the PM’s phone by Saturday
You keep recording the way you do now. We do the rest.
Start with a link. Grow into a site record.
One walk is a link. Walk every week and those links become a dated record of your site, on your floor plans, with issues and before-and-after comparisons in SpatialSense.
Turn one Insta360 walk into a link Coming soon
Drop the files from Friday’s walk and get back a 360° walkthrough to step through, ready to paste into WhatsApp or email.
- Forward and back along your path, with “stop X of Y”
- Look around in 360° at every stop
- View-only, and you can switch the link off
Every walk, filed by date
Record the same floor every Friday and the walks line up by date, so anyone can see how the floor looked on any week.
Pin walks to your floor plan
In SpatialSense, each walk sits on the floor plan, so the team opens the exact spot they need instead of scrubbing through a video.
Track issues, compare dates
Pin an issue where you see it and assign it. Put two dates side by side to see what moved and what did not.
Questions people ask
When can I start uploading?
Uploads open to a small group of site teams first. Join the list and we will email you the day yours opens.
Which files and cameras work?
Raw .insv straight off the camera, or a 360° MP4 exported from Insta360 Studio. Regular (non-360°) video is not supported. We are confirming supported camera models and file-size limits now.
How long does a walkthrough take?
Our target is within 24 hours of your upload finishing. You get an email with the link when it is ready.
Who can see my walkthrough?
Only people you send the link to. It is view-only, and you can switch it off at any time.
What does it cost?
A free account includes up to 30 minutes of 360° video. Need more? Tell us when you join and we will extend it.
I already record with Trace. Is this different?
Trace is for capturing live with an Insta360 X4 or X5 and pinning each walk to a floor plan as you go. The 360 Video Converter is for footage you have already recorded.
Can I upload 360° photos today?
Yes, in the full SpatialSense platform. Upload 360° images as JPG, PNG or ZIP, with pose metadata, or capture walks with Trace and an Insta360 X4 or X5.
