In our experience, construction software rarely fails with a complaint. The field team simply stops opening it, and a few months later the site is back to WhatsApp photos and spreadsheets. The software that makes construction management easier is the kind that adds nothing to the field engineer’s day and saves everyone else the phone call to site.

Start where the work already happens

Your team walks the site anyway, so the capture should ride along with that walk. Our Trace app connects to a 360° camera, covers several floors in one visit and keeps recording with no signal, then uploads once the team is back online. Most teams start with a camera, drone or scanner they already own, and kit is available from us if they need it.

One place from photo to fixed

Problems get lost in the gaps between apps, with the photo in WhatsApp, the issue in a spreadsheet and the drawing somewhere else. In SpatialSense, an issue raised on a 360° image is pinned to its spot on the plan with an owner and a due date, and the assigned team is notified on WhatsApp the moment it happens. The board then carries it from To Do through to Completed, so nobody has to chase status across three tools.

Nothing to install for the people who review

Managers, consultants and clients can open the site from a browser. Walks appear with the path drawn on the plan, and even multi-gigabyte laser scans stream in the browser with no local software, on a tablet on site as easily as at a desk.

Reports that write themselves

The AI compares two dated walks and writes the change list itself, in the same structure every cycle, so the weekly report builds itself from the walk instead of being assembled by hand from a camera roll.

Easy to say yes to

Setup is light enough that one of your sites can be onboarded within a week, and our pricing is built around what each project needs, so you never pay for features you won’t use.
